Anchovy Preparation Class
Come to a special fish preservation class in a real workshop in the beautiful fishing port of Getaria. You can make your very own delicatessen product and take it home to enjoy. If you enjoy fine anchovies, we recommend this unique experience where you will have a chance to learn how to make proper Cantabrian anchovy in olive oil, following traditional artisan techniques. And to finish up, you can enjoy Getaria's most typical combination: anchovy, albacore and txakoli wine. These experiences are temporarily suspended; however, we hope to open again in June.
